COVID-19 & Mental Health: Video #12 – Family Check-in |Amazing Parenting tip

Family Check-in! This is video #12 in a series I am doing on how how to have good mental health during this COVID-19 season we find ourselves in. The goal is to provide you with daily, simple, reproducible ways you can help your own mental health.

Today I want to encourage you to intentionally have a weekly check-in with your family to see how everyone is doing.

Added July 14th, 2021:

This is a very important, simple way to keep connected with your family. This is not something we stop as the covid season slowly ends. Checking in should be part of your normal family life.

How do you do your family check-in?

A great time to do your family check-in is while having family dinners. Here is a video on having family dinners. Click here.
