COVID-19 & Mental Health: Video #13 – More Positive things in your life

What could you do today that would add more positive things to your life? This is video #13 in a series I am doing on how how to have good mental health during this COVID-19 season we find ourselves in. The goal is to provide you with daily, simple, reproducible ways you can help your own mental health.

Today I want to encourage you to have more positive things in your life this week.

Added July 13th

As we move out of the covid season I encourage you to do this. There has been so much negativity over the past 15 months. Let’s add anything we can that is positive into our lives.

Love to hear what you are currently doing to add positive things into your home or your life?

I might add to the idea of adding more positive things to your life to also add in daily exercise. Check out my video here.
