Watch a TED talk today! This is video #11 in a series I am doing on how how to have good mental health during this COVID-19 season we find ourselves in. The goal is to provide you with daily, simple, reproducible ways you can help your own mental health. Today I want to encourage you to watch a TED talk.

As we head out of the covid season I think that being lifelong learners is something we still have to strive for even as we might have less free time. I love watching TED talks. Maybe each week choose 1 talk to watch. One of my favourites is Julie-Lythcott Haims. Click here for her presentation. when you find a great talk share it on social media so other people can watch as well. Are there any TED talks you have seen you could share online?
