You should teach children the importance of a good night’ sleep before they turn 18

I am hearing more and more students today are arriving at College & University ill-prepared for very basic skills in life. This is not all of our kids but it does seem to be a growing number of them. We as parents need to take leadership in helping prepare our kids for life and their future. This video talks about how we need to take leadership in teaching our kids how important sleep is. This needs to start when the kids are younger and not in the last few months of their Grade 12 year.

Love to hear how you are teaching this in your home.

What do you think are other skills that our kids need to learn before they head off to College or University?
