This book is in my top 5 books I read in 2020. It was so challenging to move forward a little bit each day in the categories of sleeping, eating, exercising, and my thoughts.

Mental Health is one of the most talked-about issues in our culture today. This book looks at some of the foundational things in our lives that I think help us in our mental health journeys. If we could all sleep better, eat better, move better, and think better we could all help our mental health. Highly recommend.
