COVID-19 & Mental Health: Video #14 – Limit Work |Mental Health Tip

We need to talk about how to limit work if we work from home. This is video #14 in a series I am doing on how how to have good mental health during this COVID-19 season we find ourselves in. The goal is to provide you with daily, simple, reproducible ways you can help your own mental health. Today I want to encourage you to put limits on your workday.

As we move out of the covid season I think this will still be an important topic. Many people will continue to work from home as some jobs have shifted permanently to this setup. We must look at how we can limit work we do each day.

How are you making sure you limit your workday and do not just work 24/7?
