Easy concept – have a schedule. This is video #9 in a series I am doing on how how to have good mental health during this COVID-19 season we find ourselves in. The goal is to provide you with daily, simple, reproducible ways you can help your own mental health.
Today I want to encourage you to create some sort of structure and routines in our lives.

As we head out of the covid season I think you need to make sure you have a schedule in your home. Especially for those of us with Jr High or High School age kids life gets really busy.

How do you do a schedule in your house? Shared digital schedule? Paper schedule on the fridge?
