Mental Health and Covid. This is my last video (#20) in a series I am doing on how how to have good mental health during this COVID we find ourselves in. The goal is to provide you with daily, simple, reproducible ways you can help your own mental health. Today I want to encourage you to play games, puzzles etc.

What are your favourite games you play in your house? For me its Settlers of Catan plus the Seafarers add on.
