Mental Health and Covid: Video #20 – Puzzles/Games

Mental Health and Covid. This is my last video (#20) in a series I am doing on how how to have good mental health during this COVID we find ourselves in. The goal is to provide you with daily, simple, reproducible ways you can help your own mental health. Today I want to encourage you to play games, puzzles etc.

Here is a link to all 20 of the videos in this series. Click Here
These concepts will be important as we move forward into the seasons after Covid. Our conversations on Mental Health and Covid will turn into normal conversations on mental health.

What are your favourite games you play in your house? For me its Settlers of Catan plus the Seafarers add on.
