The 6 daily tools of my recovery are:

  1. I need to spend every day connecting with a community and share what’s going on in my life.
  2. I need to tell those close to me how I’m feeling so they get to know me and see my struggles.
  3. I need to be vulnerable.
  4. I need to spend quiet time connecting with God through prayer and the bible.
  5. I need to learn to turn my troubles over to God and have faith that he is guiding my path.
  6. I need to ask for help.
