Mental Health AND Mental Illness – at the Same Time | Dr. Carol | Brett Ullman

I had the chance last week to be on the Dr. Carol podcast talking about mental health and mental illness. I always love the chance to speak on this topic.

Is it possible to live well while you’re struggling with mental illness? And does the church have a role in helping those living with mental illness? Studies show when people are struggling with mental illness the first place they usually turn to is the church. But many people do not experience the church as a friendly plan when they are struggling with mental/emotional challenges. In today’s podcast, Brett Ulman, author and speaker joins to discuss practical ways in which you can experience mental illness and mental health at the same time.
