BRETT, HOW CAN WE SUPPORT THE WORK YOU DO?

BRETT, HOW CAN WE SUPPORT THE WORK YOU DO?

I am often asked how someone can support the work that I do. I thought I would put out a few needs in case you were looking at where to do any end-of-year giving as we head into the winter of 2023 and inter 2024.

Presently, there are several projects that I can use your help with:

  1. Marriage: Navigating Everything – Needed $3k. – I am starting my research on a new talk on marriage. I am hoping to create something that both helps couples who are struggling but also can help couples in a proactive way to try and work on having a great marriage before the struggles start.
  2. Media: Navigating Everything. Needed 8k. I would like to film my new media talk and create a study guide that will allow this to be used for small group. By placing this talk on RightNow Media and other platforms it allows me to broaden the reach of the talks that I do. Recently I heard from groups in South Africa, England, China as well as hundreds of groups from Canada and the US doing my Parenting course in the past few years.
  3. Reprinting – Parenting: Navigating Everything. Needed 5k. It is so encouraging to sell out the third printing of my book, Parenting: Navigating Everything. This comes with the struggle to find the funds to print more copies. This is an interesting donation as the donation of 5k will offer the charity to make around 14k when the books are sold.
  4. New app: Needed 4k. I would like to have an app created that will allow me to poll the audience I am speaking to, looking at having dynamic statistics for that group around conversations we are having on mental health, media, parenting etc. This app will also help the leaders of the church, camp, or school have current data on their group.

To make a tax receiptable donation either do it online at CanadaHelps (click here) or send a cheque payable to Worlds Apart to 68 Ashbury Blvd, Ajax, Ontario, L1Z18. Thanks so much. I was asked recently if people can make an anonymous donation. Canada Helps allow this. If you have any questions please let me know.

Thanks for all of your support over the past 26 years. Looking forward to what the rest of 2023 and 2024 holds.
