Help! I think I’m addicted to pornography | How to quit pornography for good

So pornography is one of the 7 topics that I speak on. I have a large presentation I speak called “the porn project” – https://youtu.be/KkWPcvGp23c.
There are so many conversations needed around this topic. This is the third video in my series talking to Paul Lavergne. Paul is a registered psychotherapist at the turning point counseling serviced in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada.

Video #3 – this video
Help! I think I’m addicted to pornography | How to quit pornography for good

In this video, we will look at questions like:
• Is it possible for someone to stop looking at porn?
• If someone is watching pornography and wants to stop what are some steps they need to do this?
• What are your thoughts on accountability partners?
• What do you think about accountability blockers and filters?
• What if they are trying to get better and fall back into the porn trap again? What should they do to get back to their healing process?
• Any great book suggestions?

Love to hear your thoughts on this tough topic. Did we miss any greta books?
