COVID-19 & Mental Health: Video #15 – Give yourself grace and mercy

We need to give grace and mercy to each other, and to ourselves, in this tough covid season we are all in. This is video #15 in a series I am doing on how how to have good mental health during this COVID-19 season we find ourselves in. The goal is to provide you with daily, simple, reproducible ways you can help your own mental health. Today I want to encourage you to give yourself grace and mercy to everyone you are in contact with as well as in your own life as well.

If you are not showing grace and mercy to others, and yourself, you might need to work on ways to cope better. Here is a video I did on growing resilience. Click here.
