Challenge: Exercise daily! This is video #1 in a series I am going to do on how to have good mental health during this COVID-19 season we find ourselves in. The goal is to provide you with daily, simple, reproducible ways you can help your own mental health.

I think that exercise is one of the least used solutions for mental health struggles. If you (like me) struggle with any mental health you need to look at how you can exercise daily. This should be a non negotiable in your life.
