How to have a better relationship with our phones: walking and phones (video 8)

Walking and Phones. This is video 8 in a series I am doing called “How to have a better relationship with our phones” This video will look at our phones when we are walking. It might sound weird but this is a conversation we really need to have. You have heard of distracted driving but we now have a problem in society with distracted walking. We have all seen people walking while on their phones and completely distracted. We need to get better at how we use our phones.

Love to hear how you can do better with your phones while you are walking.
